Our Board Secretaries' Network (in association with the Chartered Governance Institute Ireland) will convene in-person for a roundtable session. Amongst the matters for discussion amongst peers will be:

• Board Reporting/Papers/Packs 
• Board Information Portals
• Board & Committee Reviews and Issues Arising (incl. reviewing the ARC Chair)
