The Board Secretaries' Network, run in association with the Chartered Governance Institute Ireland, will convene in-person at the IPA. Amongst the topics on the agenda for this valuable peer-to-peer network are:

• Supporting Board Members - induction, training and advice
• Board evaluation - conducting a self-assessment
• Delegation of Authority and appropriate Oversight and Accountability
• Executive-Board engagement
• ESG reporting
• UK Corporate Governance Code (2024) - key changes

Alongside the valuable peer-to-peer learning, the event will include short inputs from Dr. Tom Ward (IPA) and Sarah Colfer (Fellow, CGI Ireland & Director, Corporate Secretarial & Governance, Mazars)
