Building Resilience – Business Crises and Lessons Learned | ONLINE

All organisations will face challenging situations; that is certain. And some may manifest as a behind the scenes crisis, whilst others play out as a public crisis. How organisations prepare for a crisis, and then act as it arises, can be critically important in how the situation evolves and how organisations ultimately recover and learn, and continue to deliver. This is acutely important for public service bodies delivering services in the areas they do - being alert and prepared for when the 'what if?' becomes a reality.
With this comes considerations of:
Risk identification and management, including assessment of emerging risks
Business Continuity Planning / Disaster Recovery Planning
Scenario testing - the role of the Board and Senior Team
Implementing business continuity/disaster recovery plans in practice and under pressure
Communications planning - both internal and external communications
Learning, adapting, and building organisational resilience
Our final Forum webinar of 2025 will, with the help of two highly experienced speakers, reflect on the above and what makes for organisational resilience in 2025 and beyond.
The event will include real-time audience polling and attendees will be encouraged to submit questions and observations to help shape the event.
