The pace of change and the nature of modern threats requires public bodies and public benefit entities to have a greater degree of organisational resilience than heretofore. Resilience requires adaptation over time along with contingency planning and crisis management for particular crisis scenarios.
This Forum event will focus its attention on business continuity planning, organisational resilience, emerging risks, crisis management and crisis communications.
