The Chairpersons’ Network will convene on Thursday, 22 October for a facilitated virtual roundtable on Chairing During Covid. It will be chaired by Philip O’Leary, Chairperson, Legal Aid Board.
The session will be an opportunity for Chairpersons to discuss mutual and relevant issues, experiences and practices over recent months (and looking to the months ahead), including but not limited to:
- Running effective Board meetings
- Getting the most of your Board and Committees
- Chair-CEO and Board-Executive relationships
- Information Flows
- Risks and Opportunities arising
- Inducting New Members
- Budget Outlook
The session will be part-informed by the results of a short survey issued to Chairpersons in advance of the event, and the session will be designed to be interactive in nature, using MS Teams.
