How public bodies and public benefit entities communicate and engage with stakeholders can be critically important in determining success and safeguarding reputations. This can relate to raising organisation profile, shaping new strategies and initiatives, supporting the delivery of services, and addressing matters of urgent importance, including those where reputations are at stake. Modern communication platforms also present opportunities for organisations, by way of increased reach to key stakeholders and the ease of doing so, but they also present risks.

With the help of three experienced experts and practitioners, this event will consider:
